Adorable 80’s dress featuring an open back with two hook-able straps and puff sleeves, crotched edges. There are no tags and my estimated size is M/L and her cotton Lycra material. In good condition, light fading. Measurements lying flat about: chest 16.5” sleeve 16” waist 14.5” length 44”
