Vintage Betsey Johnson Dress

Vintage Betsey Johnson “Swiss Dot” in perfect condition. Beautiful black Rosettes at the neckline and under the bust. The sleeves and hem are trimmed in black velvet. Tag says medium, but she fits like a small. She is very stretchy, will fit a variety of sizes. Bust - 28” to 36” Waist - 24” to 30” Hips - 26” to 38” Top of shoulder to hem is 39”long. I do not have the slip that went with this dress.
