Vintage Betsey Johnson Evening Black lace strapless dress size small

Absolutely perfect condition vintage black lace dress from Betsy Johnson evening. Size small, strapless. The lace has metallic sheen The bodice is ruched, and the skirt is pleated two-tier. The skirting itself has a stiff hem so that it sticks out as opposed to just hanging there. Fully lined, side zip. Absolutely a beautiful dress. I will try to give my best on measurements. Waist measurement approximately 14 inches, bust 16 inches. I did not push the bust down, so that’s the measurement if you have boobs in it. I really don’t know where the hips would be but the widest part of the dress is 17 inches. The length is 31 inches from top of dress to the bottom tier.
