Vintage Betsey Johnson Halter Dress

Gorgeous wine color in a velvet-like material. From the 90's, a NY black label. Very flattering low back with tie and front plunge with beautiful flower broach. I've worn it with and without, but note that there are two small holes where the flower has been. Pin is slightly bent and that is it for flaws (see pic). Dress is in excellent condition! Did come with the flower broach. Has some stretch to it, very sexy and hugs in all the right places. Hangs loosely on the bottom and hits me about mid calf. I'm 5' 7".
