Vintage Betsey Johnson Heart and Pearls Necklace

This stunning vintage Betsey Johnson necklace features a beautiful heart shaped pendant covered in sparkling icy blue rhinestones and crystals, the pendant hangs from a gold ring with double strands of small pearls on each side ending with a single strand gold tone chain w/ a lobster closure. This is a retired piece, it is signed and is in excellent condition.
