Vintage Betsey Johnson Long Stem Rose Skirt and Top

EUC, this is a two piece set and would like to sell it together if possible! Maxi skirt with a ruffled bottom and adjustable cami top with lettuce edge. Circa 1999. There is one tiny flaw which is a small area by the zipper that needs a couple stitches. Zipper works perfectly. Please note the skirt is a size small and the top is a medium.
