Vintage Betsey Johnson Silk Paisley Dress

A rare, super beautiful vintage Betsey Johnson dress. This is a burgundy tank dress with cowl neck and a velvet paisley burnout pattern. Features a silk handkerchief hem. Pulls on. Rayon/silk. Good used condition but there are a few flaws from wear/age - slight discoloration at one underarm (see last photo) though it’s not super noticeable. Size 8 but would probably be better for a smaller size. Pictured on a size 2. Flat measurements: 16.5” pit to pit 15” waist
