Hard to find vintage Betsey Johnson dress from the 1990's. Dress is made of stretch velvet with 3/4 sleeves and an empire waist that skims the body. The square neckline is accented with a miniature purple ruffle. Dress has a black background with a purple, blue, and light green floral print. The dress is in excellent condition with no visible signs of wear. It was purchased at the North Dallas Galleria Betsey Johnson store in the 1990's.
