Beautiful sapphire blue tiered midi dress with ribbon detail, circa 2004. Adjustable straps. Very flattering drop waist and bias cut with a full skirt. 100% silk. Pit to pit measures 15”. Length is 46” to 47”depending on the length of the straps. No stains. Slight tear in the zipper seam (shown in photos) but it is not noticeable. Zipper sticks a bit so you have to be careful, but it still works just fine. Betsey dresses run small so please be familiar with her sizing. This dress is great for dancing and perfect for winter weddings or holiday parties!
