Vintage Betsey Johnson black lace tier dress

This is another one of my special Betsey Johnson vintage dresses. This is a double tiered dress with sheered waist. The lace is truly unique circles. The underneath is lined with tulle. This dress is not a real short mini, it hits around top of knees. A true classic with boning in busy area and an exposed zipper. This is from a smoke free home and stored with lots of love! I ❤️Betsey
