Vintage 90’s Betsey Johnson valentines dress Red & pink floral lace midi dress with thin adjustable straps and tulle ruffle detailing on the bottom. Made in USA Labeled a size P which is an XS, modeled on a small with a 25” waist, 34” hips, and I’m 5’3 for reference and it fits me well!
