Vintage Betsey Johnson mini dress

Back in the 90s and early 00's I was completely obsessed with Betsey Johnson. And why wouldn't I be? She epitomized cool girl, feminine, rocker vibes. This was before she sold to Steve Madden, so my collection is all legitimate Betsey Johnson designs bought from her boutiques in Seattle and Boston, where I was living in those years of my life. This has been hanging in my closet and has been cherished for years. No damage. This is an amazing multi tiered, ruffle, rainbow leopard print. I remember pairing this with a black leather jacket and some Doc Martin boots and lighting the world on fire. Adjustable straps which I LOVE! She needs to be partying, not hanging in a closet getting ignored❤️ this dress did not zip up on the mannequin which is why it looks a little wonky. It's in perfect condition.
