Vintage Betsy & Adam by Jaslene Black Velvet Long Sleeve Dress Size Large

Gorgeous knee length velvet dress. Definitely from the 70’s or 80’s because of the lot number tag being visible I’d say maybe it’s from 1979 but certainly has a distinctly 80’s feel so I’m tagging 80’s. Includes shoulder pads! There is a small discoloration as seen in last picture that I’m sure would be removed with dry cleaning. It’s tagged a size 14 but I’m tagging it a large because of vintage sizing it’s more like a modern 10 or 12. Chest measurement using pit to put seems to be 38 inches Length is 38 inches Good pre owned condition but there are definitely a couple light scuffs in the velvet as pictured. Not sure if that’s something that comes out easy w dry clean bc I’m inexperienced!
