Vintage Betsy Johnson Striped Strapless Dress

Stripes are tulle and velvet giving the dress a fun texture. Four different linings to add volume to the skirt of the dress. Some build up or lint on the velvet parts from being stored, but would new once dry cleaned. Would be so cute for homecoming or winter formal dance. Would say this is a Junior size 8 and fits more like a women’s size 2 or 4.
