Vintage Brand: Betsy’s Things Vested Short Sleeved Dress Vest is beaded and attached with a tie belt Underneath the vest is a cream colored button down short sleeved, collared top attached to the green skirt Shoulder pads Overall great condition- does have some tan stains along the crease of the collar that look like they may be from either makeup or age.
