Incredibly rare!!!! Excellent condition!!!! Retro-50’s-esque Betty’s Blue Shinji Abe lace panel skirt. Gorgeous detailing throughout. Red trim, front and back pockets, paneling and tiered lace lower hem. Belt loops and zip and button enclosure.
