Vintage Biagi Initial "M" Necklace w/ 2 Extra Charms

This is a GREAT Vintage gift for yourself or a friend whose name starts with M. (Or last name) Made by Biagi, this vintage, never used, gold tone chain comes with a scrolled "M", a heart, and a bow. They are interchangeable. There is a genuine diamond (as marked) I'd call it a diamond chip. It's in its original box with original instructions.
