@marissalouise22 hello, pit to pit 20 inches buttoned up, shoulder seam to hem 24 in, sleeve length is 25 in, there is a light weight pad in shoulder. It’s beautiful. I am now a 14 and I can’t wear it any longer. Let me know if you have any questions

@marissalouise22 yes it is a 12 US sizing. When I wore a 12, it fit like a 12. I would show pics to your tailor and see what they say. The quality of the jacket would be worth it. Thanks for your interest
