Made from a pretty abstract watercolor silk jacquard fabric, it features peasant style sleeves and a tiered pleated skirt! Fully-lined/fastens in back with zipper lining and fabric-covered buttons/shoulder pads/dry clean only. Classic construction and materials as you would expect from vintage Bill Blass! Tagged size 10. Approximate measurements (taken flat and doubled where appropriate): shoulders - 18in, bust - 39in, waist - 36in, hips - 38in, sleeves - 24in, shoulder to hem - 38in.
