Vintage Bill Blass Jeans brand was popular in late 90s and early 2000s. I am the original owner. Size 12 but definitely fits smaller as waist measures approx 14" across. Blue and white gingham pattern on heavy cotton denim-like fabric. Excellent, like new condition.
