Vintage Billy Jack for Her Dress

Above the ankles turquoise dress with green, red, and black striping. Looking like a gem from the 80s. Dress is in overall good condition.. though there is some pilling/a snag line toward the bottom (pictured), and a couple other small ones. I think a 7-9 would probably fit well with the elastic waist.
