Vintage Bird Brooch

Beautifully detailed bird in flight. Quality made of silver tone with a single red faceted faux gem. I do not have a positive id on the bird; my guess is a woodpecker, or some type of game bird, sorry. The wings and tail are open metalwork, while the head and body are textured to resemble feathers. Photos show details and size (approx 2x2”). No maker mark, but a quality vintage piece in excellent condition.
