Really beautiful vintage Bitossi Pottery piece. Shiny, glazed orange stripes and unglazed black/brown (looks different depending on lighting, I would call it an antiqued black look). The inside is fully glazed and smooth. Marked “Italy” on the bottom. This is a hard to find piece. I did not find another like this currently for sale online. Approximately 5 1/2 inches tall and 4 inches wide. Great for display and a great find for a Bitossi collector.

Hi where are the series numbers? I don’t see them on bottom

@bc0hboh there is no series number on this piece. From the 1950s to 70s, the company's products were marked in several ways, usually incorporating a handwritten design number and 'Made in Italy' or just 'Italy'. Contemporary pieces are impressed with the Bitossi name and family crest. However, some authentic Bitossi pieces aren't marked at all.
