Vintage Black Bugle Boy Backpack WITH TAG, Never Used, 1990s or Before, Retro

Okay, this one's great fun! This is a vintage, likely 1990s black Bugle Boy backpack that was never used and STILL HAS THE TAG ON IT. It's considered new with defects because it has a few tiny spots on it from sitting in storage for many years. Perhaps they can be cleaned off. I leave cleaning up to the buyer. This is a blast to the past, when Bugle Boy was stylin' and the cool kids were sporting edgy bags like this. Now you can be the cool kid on the block by showcasing this chill vintage vinyl bag with its handy zippers and spacious pockets. Next thing you know you'll want to be parting your hair in the middle again to rock the "curtains" style and singing slacker rock as you strut in wide leg jeans. Seriously, this needs to go to someone who will appreciate it. I do wonder if it could be pre-1990 but it seems more consistent with those listed as 1990s bags. This was in storage for a very long time with mothballs used to protect wool items, so it may give off a whiff of that.
