Vintage Black Cocktail Dress

Condition: Vintage (FAIR)[ some wear to the garment, see images, the price reflects]. The dress has some wear and holes underneath the underarms which have been stitched up. Im sure someone with some tailoring experience could remove the stitching and perform a better repair. The same can be said of the side seam hem which has been held together with a simple hand stitch. This would be a great vintage 50s witch costume or similar. Measurements (taken layed flat): 14 in waist, 43 inches total length, 19 inches ptp. 22 1/2 inch outer sleeve, 17 inches inner sleeve.
