Vintage Black Crepe Shirred Top

This is a true vintage top that began as a dress. I modified it to a top because I felt it would give it more chances for wearing (jeans, skirts, sailor pants, etc.) It is black crepe that has faded a bit due to age, but is just a spectacular design. Pile your hair on top of your head and feel like a modern-day Gibson Girl. I originally bought this at a fantastic shop in the Outer Banks, which has some of the best vintage I've ever had the pleasure of looking through! It has hooks and eyes on the side for a fitted closure, which is a lovely contrast to the fullness of the shirred sleeves. The lace is an intricate, beautiful, feminine design. It is shown on my mannequin, who's measurements are 38-29-38.
