Vintage Black Dress with Tie Jacket

This vintage dress may be from the 1950's. It is 38 1/2" long with a 4" hem. Bust measures 32", 28" waist & 37" hips (measured at the bottom of the 2 pocket seams.The tie jacket is 15" long from the shoulder seam at the double collar; the sleeves are 22" from the collar seam. Back kick pleat is closed. Lining has tears and spots of discolor. The pics show spots which are camera artifact , not dress spots. The fabric does show wear due to age & use.
