Vintage Black Enamel and Rhinestone Brooch

Vintage as it's been in the family since I was a kid, but not sure of exact age. Has a rhombus shape with black enamel corns and studded with rhinestones that match the dark silver colored metal. Condition is decent, no major damage. I suspect it's sterling due to the tarnish type nature of the metal (see back).
