Vintage Black Feather Hat • Made in Formosa

Tagged Made in Formosa, but I noticed that there are others listed online as ‘Made in Yugoslavia’. Asking close to what I paid for it. Stretches and can fit most, if not all size, heads. Delicate, as the feathers are easily removable. All items sold as is.
