Vintage Breli Originals made in USA dress Black background with brown and blue floral print Elastic waistband with unattached belt. Belt also has floral print design on it. Pullover style with to back button closures. Pleating on the skirt. Darts on the bust area. Short sleeves with buttons. **One sleeve is missing a button** 100% polyester Overall very good preowned condition. Only flaw is the missing sleeve button. No stains, rips, or tears. Vintage size 16.
