Vintage Black Floral Skirt

Black and white floral slip skirt by Betsy & Babs. Scallop detail along waist. Subtle ruffle at bottom. Semi sheer chiffon with black lining so it’s not see through. Technically a girls size large but comparable to a womens size small. Approximate measurements flat: waist 13” and length 22.” Could be styled more casually with a white tee or sweater and sneakers or dressed up with a slinky black top and strappy heels!
