Vintage black fringe dress with beaded shoulders. Cut out feature in the back. Looks like a flapper style dress most likely from the 1980s. I think it’s a size 6 or 8. The measurements from pit to pit are about 13.5 inches and the waist looks like it’s about 27 inches, overall good condition. Shoulder pads are out but can easily be put back on.
