Vintage Black Lace Biker Jacket from Hot Topic

Another gem straight out of my closet. This is so cute and absolutely perfect for the warmer seasons! Nearly vintage: I bought this from Hot Topic about 16 or 17 years ago. I take good care of my stuff, so you can be assured that its condition is like new. I can't find any major flaws in this piece. This jacket takes its cues from the classic leather motorcycle jacket. It has a lot of the same detailing: zippered wrists, side hem snaps, styled collar, zip-front closure, two front side slip pockets with zip closures, etc. All zippers are in working order. The lace is in good condition with no rips, snags, or holes detected. There is some very minor pilling at the lower hem, but this is minimal and only noted when scrutinized. Huge bonus: most of these jackets have a noticeable amount of fade to their color due to wear, washing, exposure to the sun, etc. This one is the exception! It's maintained its dark black color. I used to wear this either completely unzipped, partially zipped, or zipped to the top. It looks cute no matter how you style it. Dry clean only. (Or you can do what I did: Close all zippers. Wash in cold water inside of a garment laundering bag, using Woolite for dark colors. Rinse well. Gently squeeze out the water and lay the garment on towel. Roll in towel to squeeze out excess moisture. Take out, reshape, and lay flat to dry.) All measurements are approximate: Across underarms: 14.5" Length center back: 20.5" Sleeve length: 24"
