Vintage lace vest by Jill Andrea of New York. Made in the USA. Armpit to armpit- 18”. Shoulder to hem- 26”. Beautiful floral pattern with delicate scalloped edges. Still has the extra piece of scalloped trim for repairs attached! Excellent condition. Not fabric pulls or rips Red blouse not included!
