Vintage black maxi skirt by Coldwater Creek 85% acrylic, 15% wool Feels very thick and sturdy, but also soft and very flexible Elastic waistband The tag says it’s a size small, but I think it’s bigger than that so please check measurements below Waist: 33” (but elastic) Length from top of waist to bottom of skirt: 38”
