Vintage Black Persian Lambswool Double Breasted Jacket with Mink Collar

Size believed to be medium, pre-owned by my mom, who was 5’4” and about 130 lbs. It is in excellent condition – except for one spot on the front part of jacket, where the fur appears a bit worn (about 3/4”). When jacket is buttoned, the spot is barely discernable. Measurements: Buttoned, the bottom width is 23”; from shoulder to bottom, the length is 26”; and the sleeve length (unfolded) is 26”. However, the jacket is meant to be worn with the sleeves folded, as in the photos. The jacket features 4 black sparkly buttons, hidden side pockets, and is fully lined in black satin, all in excellent condition. It has a real fur collar, which I believe is mink. It was purchased at Kramer’s New Haven (CT), circa 1960’s. For those of you who aren’t familiar with Kramer’s, it was THE place to shop for high-end designer clothing, back in the day. They were particularly well known for their furs. My mom had the jacket monogrammed with her initials, ESM, in beautiful script lettering.
