Vintage Black Ruffled Hem Tank with Brocade Ribbon

I bought this cute Ruffled hem tank with a brocade flower ribbon accent in the late 1990's. The ribbon is red, green,, white and black. The name of the maker says Metamorphosis. I cut out the size tag, but I believe it is a Junior large. The measurements are: 19 inches from shoulder to the hem, 32 inches around at the chest, and 36 inches around at the hem. It feels like the fabric is polyester with spandex. It definitely has stretch. Like new.
