Vintage Black Ruffled Midi Skirt

Vintage black midi skirt from the 80’s or 90’s by a brand called Metromom in excellent condition! Has no damage, and has a slight ruffle at the bottom and a seam at the bottom as well as near the hips. There’s also an inside drawstring at the waist, and it’s tagged a small. It measures 14” across the waist and 25” top to bottom. Any questions lmk!
