Vintage Black Storybook Heirloom dress. Crushed velvet bodice and chiffon skirt.

Size 6X Pit to pit 13 inches Waist 28 inches Neckline to wrist 18.5 inches Back neckline to bottom of skirt. 37 inches Waist to bottom hem 27.5 inches Chiffon skirt doubled over and has silk rose petals inside the fall around the bottom hem. Skirt is also lined There are belt loops at the side seams which could have held a 2 inch ribbon belt. Dress is in excellent condition. No rips or holes.
