Vintage Black Tie Top Tunic Cocktail Party Sequins Beaded Large

Vintage Black Tie heavily beaded asymmetrical top/tunic Uneven hemline with it's jagged edge on this pretty top! So much beading and and sequins on the cream background. Lined with removeable shoulder pads (one has fallen off and could easily be tacked back on if desired)... and hook/eye back closure. No size inside but here are measurements: 19" underarm to underarm 17" across waist 34" from shoulder to longest point at hem 30" shoulder to shortest point at hem Top is beautiful but please note as seen in close ups, there is a small light yellow spot on front.
