Vintage Black Velvet Bonnet Hat 1940s Modern Miss Consumer Label NICE

This is an authentic 1940's black velvet hat in the "bonnet hat" style. It has a velvet base that is lined in an open weave fabric then the top has a gathered "bonnet" style in the front and a bow in the back. Condition: Very good preowned condition, no stains, tears or issues. The Modern Miss tag is loose.
