Vintage Black Velvet Cocktail Dress

Elegant cocktail dress, probably handmade, excellent condition. Features a satin hem with beading on the hem and sleeve. Metal zippere. No tag, but fits best like a size large/12/14. From a cat friendly home, so the black velvety has picked up a few hairs- nothing that a lint rollerer can’t help with!
