Vintage 1980's Blondi and Me Evening by Linda Bernell sleeveless black velvet Dress. Skirt drapes nicely and has flare and movement when you walk and dance. Please see photos. One Rhinestone is missing from back of dress. Should be easy to replace and glue in. Please see photos for condition and wear.
