True Vintage Black Velvet Dress. Misses by. Martha Manning. Has Rhinestone accents on each side of center bodice. Has a thin black velvet belt at the waist. Side zipper. Please see photos for areas that need repaired. Needs care for repairs as this dress is over 60 years old. Measurements: arm pit to arm pit: 21 inches; front waist: 15.5 inches; length from shoulder seam to bottom of skirt: 44 inches. Size 14 is on tag. (This would be vintage sizing)
