Vintage Black Velvet Dress w/ Down Feather Collar

Vintage Stella U.S.A. Black dress in size medium. Made of 44% Rayon and 55% Acetate with feathered collar and cuffs. Has the look and feel of velour. Dress measures approximately 34 inches from the top of the shoulder to the bottom. 17 1/2 inches across laying flat at the bust, 15 1/2 inches across at the waist. This material does have stretch to it! Lovely vintage dress!
