Super wearable vintage top in black velvet with dolman sleeves. Tiny lace trim around neckline and sleeves. There is no stretch to this. Pair with black skinny pants and heels or a pencil skirt for a great look. No size tag. No brand tag. Ask for measurements to ensure fit. Show on size 4 mannequin and is too big. No fabric tag, feels like a polyester velvet. May be hand made, I just don't know.
