Vintage Black Velvet Hat with White Feather Accents & Veil

Vintage 1950's or 1960's Black Velvet and Satin hat with White feather accents and netted veil. No designer label inside. I'm honestly not sure what side is the front and what side is the back. Item is in good condition. Feathers are secure on hat. There is a hole in the veil on one side (see images). Beautiful and unique. Item has been stored inside, in a plastic bin. Open to a reasonable offer.
