Vintage Black Velvet Hourglass Party Dress

A stunning classic with a twist! Flattering boatneck, scooped back, three-quarter sleeves and a full skirt with the most amazing giant silk faille draped bow adorning the skirt front. Meant to be worn with a crinoline underneath to get the best effect of the full skirt, but can be worn without. In the pictures, I haven't fully zipped up the back because it's so dang small, but the zipper is in good working order. Imagine the Audrey Hepburn vibe of stepping into this dress!
