Vintage black J.L. deBall velvet full length swing coat by Coats by Cattiva. Dates to the 1980s. Opera style coat, with lightly padded shoulders. There is no closure. There is no size label, estimated as Medium size. Water repellent, 100% cotton - fully satin lined. Excellent condition - there is one small 1/2" hole on the inside of the neckline - this could be repaired. Noted in last photo.
