Black velvet midi skirt. Vintage 70s 80s long length a-line flare cut with zipper and hook to close. Lined with black satin slip. This is not stretchy. No brand, I think it is handmade. Waist flat: about 14" length: about 36" Condition: good condition No noted flaws. All items are second hand and imperfections are possible. Model is 5'9 and normally wears size 4 or waist size 27. This fit very well.
